with IE 7.0
Should you not be able to open
these files in Internet Explorer 7.0, try the following:
Open Windows Media Player and
click on Tools >Options>File Types. If
there is no checkmark next to "MP3 audio file (mp3)" but a checkmark in
the
box and click > Apply.
If there is already a checkmark in the box next to "MP3 audio file
(mp3)"
then toggle the checkmark off and then on.
In other words, if the checkmark is already there remove it and click >
Apply then close Windows Media Player.
Now open Windows Media Player again and put the checkmark back in and
click
> Apply and close Windows Media Player. Revisit the site and see if
clicking
on Play opens the Windows Media Player to play the MP3 file. |
