ACCESSING ROSETTA
STONE The South
Orangetown Central School District is excited to provide the
opportunity to utilize Rosetta Stone for our students, families
and community members.
We received a large number of applications and have been able to
fulfill many of the requests. The distribution of licenses was
based upon a “first come first serve basis” and only those
applications that were received prior to the deadline were
considered for processing. While the district would like to be
able to provide licenses to our entire community we only have a
limited number at our disposal. The use of the Rosetta Stone
application is time limited and licenses will expire in the
fall.
If your application was accepted you will receive a Confirmation
Email providing you with your
account login information. Once logged in you will have access to a
“First Time Users” link and a Quick Start Guide. In addition
there is online support that is available from Rosetta Stone.
To access Rosetta
Stone, sign in to your Rosetta Stone® Classroom portal at:
http://tappanzeehs.rosettastoneclassroom.com
If you haven't
checked your computer system to make sure it has the necessary
resources, please go to the First Time Users page before your
first sign-in to perform a system check. Look at the Quick Start
Guide for help with your first sign-in, and if you need more
help, go to the Support tab.
Please be aware that the district will be able to only provide
minimal support with the use of Rosetta Stone. Should you
encounter any issues with your account login – please call the
