The District was notified this afternoon that five individuals at Tappan Zee High School have tested positive for COVID-19. The exposure dates were March 15 and March 16 for one case; there were no exposures for the remaining four cases.

Contact tracing has begun and will be completed tonight. Those identified as contacts are being contacted by the District and may also receive a call from a Contact Tracer from the Department of Health.

  • Please promptly answer these calls.
  • Your identity and the information you share will remain confidential.
  • Please provide Contact Tracers with the information they need to protect our entire School District community.
