Every day, our school nurses go above and beyond to help keep our students and staff healthy. They serve as critical health hubs in our buildings, ensuring that students are ready for learning by managing a variety of complex, chronic conditions; handling medical emergencies; treating day-to-day illness and injuries; promoting healthy behaviors; and…for the past year, navigating the pandemic by fielding COVID-19 case reports and handling contact tracing.
