Although Tappan Zee High School was unable to hold its 2020-21 Academic Awards ceremony in person, letters and certificates are on their way to families of students whose grade point average for the first three marking periods of the year placed in the academic top twenty percent of their class. In addition, several juniors earned awards sponsored by universities and outside organizations.
“We still wanted to make sure to recognize our students for our academic achievements,” noted Principal Rudy Arietta, who added that the school created a slideshow to publicly celebrate those honored. View the slideshow here.
