Dear South Orangetown Families and Staff,
The District’s food service vendor has notified us of nationwide supply chain issues that have resulted in unexpected changes to recent school menu items. Read the communication here.
To minimize the impact menu changes have on our students and families, the vendor has committed to ensuring that updated menus for the upcoming week are posted on FDmealplanner.com each Friday during the school year. This will provide our families with a single, reliable menu resource to plan and prepare for the week ahead. FDmealplanner.com is viewable in English, Spanish and several other languages. A link to FDmealplanner.com is posted on the District’s Food Service webpage. Printable monthly menus will no longer be posted.
As a reminder, school breakfast and lunch are free for all K-12 students through June 30, 2022.
