Budget
The South Orangetown Central School District 2025-26 school budget passed with 75% of the vote on May 20.
The 2025-26 budget totals $115,289,084 and reflects a 2.31% tax levy increase, which is within the maximum allowable tax levy.
Steven Finn was re-elected and John Savage was elected to the Board of Education. Both seats carry three-year terms which begin July 1, 2025 and conclude June 30, 2028.
