Lifelong Learning in Action
Lifelong learning in action! While educators in grades K-5 recently engaged in parent teacher conferences, those in grades 6-12 (as well as teaching assistants across K-12) took part in a Superintendent's Conference Day. Among the many workshops — offered and facilitated by members of SOCSD's faculty and administration — were: Using the TZHS Podcast Studio, Unlock the Power of Differentiation in Your Classroom, Project Based Learning and Growth Mindset; others focused on math strategies and behavior management.
