Making Key Connections During Annual New Teacher Orientation
Establishing and maintaining peer connections were at the center of today's New Teacher Orientation.
Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction (C&I) Rudy Arietta, Ed.D., and Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources (HR) Joseph Lloyd, Ph.D., – along with Superintendent Brian Culot, Ed.D., Board of Education President Steven Finn, administrators and the Leadership Team – warmly greeted faculty members and set the tone for the upcoming school year. The annual event is coordinated through the C&I and HR offices as the kickoff for a comprehensive onboarding process. At this initial session, educators also learn about the District’s philosophy, structure and processes.
