SOCSD Recognizes 22 Newly-Tenured Educators

Surrounded by their loved ones and colleagues, the 2025 tenure recipients were honored by the District at Tuesday night’s Board of Education meeting.

Led by Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources Joseph Lloyd, PhD, the formal recognition ceremony celebrated this year’s tenure honorees following the District’s annual #TenureTuesday campaign on Facebook and Instagram over the last several weeks.

“Reflective educator,” “collaborative,” “meticulous planner” and “fosters a culture of curiosity” were just a few of the phrases school building administrators used to describe our 22 newly-tenured educators.
