School Community Survey

The South Orangetown Central School District is seeking input from parents, staff and students (grades 6-12 only) to inform its long-range strategic planning and goal setting.

We want to hear from you! The School Community Survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete and is strictly confidential. Data collected will be used to guide the District on its path to continuous improvement. Participation is optional, but strongly encouraged.

Parents and staff received an invitation and survey link from the SOCSD Leadership Team (survey@sogolytics-edu.com) through Sogolytics, our independent research partner, on the morning of April 9. Parents who did not receive the invitation can access the survey here; staff members who did not receive the invitation should contact the Technology Department.

Sogolytics ensures the confidentiality of all responses and will provide the District with objective data. No one in the District will know who participates in the survey or be able to connect a participant to their responses unless a participant self-identifies in the open-ended comment section.
