As part of scheduled summer facilities work, asbestos abatement will be occurring at William O. Schaefer Elementary School and Tappan Zee High School starting Monday, June 27, 2022 through Thursday, July 7, 2022.
Out of an abundance of caution, both buildings will be closed to all staff, students and visitors during this period. In compliance with legal requirements, signage will be posted at all entrances of both buildings while this work is in progress and strict adherence to all safety protocols will be closely monitored.
