The South Orangetown Central School District will host the annual We The People festival this Saturday, March 11, at South Orangetown Middle School! Please note, due to the pending snowstorm, the festival will be moved to a start time of 12PM and will now be held 12PM-3PM.
School district families are hosting tables representing over 30 countries of heritage across four continents. Festivities will include cultural music, dance and martial arts performances.
A much-anticipated celebration of the diversity of our South Orangetown community, We The People was launched by PTA members two decades ago. The event is sponsored by the SOCES PTA, SOMS PTA and the SOMS French and Italian Clubs.
This event is open to the public and admission is free! We hope to see you there!
