The learning (and fun!) never stops at South Orangetown Middle School!
Beginning last week, students in grades 6-8 have been engaging in fun, educational activities as part of the SOMS Summer Enrichment Program. Over the course of the two-week program, students have been rotating between various stations which cover subjects including math, financial literacy, gaming and strategies, art, virtual engineering and physical education.
“We were excited to have the ability to offer a summer enrichment program again at SOMS! We wanted to offer a program to students that allowed them to experience and learn different subjects and skills,” said SOMS Principal Chad Corey, Ed.D. “Thank you to our staff and students for making this summer’s enrichments a success!”
