Mamma Mia! Here we go again… The TZ Players proudly present “Mamma Mia!” this weekend!
Written by playwright Catherine Johnson and music and lyrics by Benny Andersson and Bjorn Uvaeus, “Mamma Mia!” tells a story of love, friendship and identity through the timeless songs of ABBA. Stage manager Ellla S. said, “It’s always a good time to come and see a show and ‘Mamma Mia!’ is such a fun and upbeat show. We have really worked so hard on this production so we want everyone to come out and see it!” Crew member Teresa J. echoed that statement and added, “It’s such a nice thing to have friends, family and the community come together to support everyone who has worked so hard including the cast, crew and pit. The cast and crew is like one big family and it’s been so cool to see everything come together.”
Showtimes are 7:30PM this Friday and Saturday, with a matinee performance at 2PM on Sunday in the TZHS Auditorium. Tickets may be purchased online at tzhs.booktix.net or at the door prior to the start of the show. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and senior citizens. Senior citizens are admitted for free on Sunday and when ordering tickets online, enter the promo code “free” at checkout for the Sunday performance.
