Looking for ways to support your growing reader? Come to the Family Engagement Center’s Reading & Writing at Home Workshop led by K-5 Literacy Coach Kristy Nadler! “This is an exciting time for parents to get involved in their children’s growth in reading and writing. When parents are able to reinforce at home what their children are learning at school, it’s a recipe for academic success,” says FEC Coordinator AJ Walker. “During this workshop, we’ll share fun, interactive ways that parents can support literacy and some exciting information about SOCES PTA’s Pick A Reading Partner initiative.”

Space is limited and advance registration is required. Register by Tuesday, January 22, via Google Form (links below) or by calling Ms. Walker at (845) 680-1059. Child care will be provided for both sessions by the Tappan Zee High School Leo Club.
